Data controller

Cheipy (Capital Humano e Insumos para la Industria), with address at Calle Eratos 505, C.P. 66649, Apodaca, Nuevo León, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide through this website, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

Data we collect

Through the contact form we may collect:

• Full name and company.
• Email address and phone or WhatsApp number.
• Details of your need: profile or supply, number of openings, shift, plant location and message.
• Technical visit data (landing page and source campaign) to measure the site’s performance.

Purposes

We use your data to handle your request, contact you, prepare a recruitment or industrial-supply proposal and follow up on it. We do not use your data for other purposes without your consent.

Transfers and processors

To run the site and send notifications we rely on technology providers acting as processors (hosting on Google Cloud and transactional email with Resend, whose servers may be located outside Mexico). We do not transfer your data to third parties without your consent, except where the law allows it.

ARCO rights and withdrawal of consent

You may request access to, rectification, cancellation of or opposition to the processing of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to gms@cheipy.mx with your name, the right you wish to exercise and a way to contact you. We will reply within the legal time frames.

Cookies and similar technologies

This site stores preferences such as light or dark theme and language in your browser. If web analytics is enabled, it will only be activated with your consent.
